Health Score = weighted composite of revenue rank (20%), YoY trend (20%), CM% (20%), reorder rate (20%), velocity (10%), cross-format attach (10%). Green ≥ 70, Yellow 40–69, Red < 40.
Reorder % = % of Shopify first-time buyers of this fragrance who placed any subsequent order (all-time, Shopify only — Amazon has no customer identity).
X-Format % = % of buyers who purchased this fragrance in more than one format (e.g., spray + candle).
CM/Unit = contribution margin per unit (net_revenue − platform_fees − shipping − COGS). COGS is 🟡 Yellow — directional, not audited.
Channel Mix = stacked bar showing Shopify (green) / Amazon (orange) / Faire (blue) revenue split.
Sparkline = monthly net revenue over trailing 18 months.
Missing: Reviews (Shopify native, low counts — solicitation needed), MOQ (awaiting Nikita's vendor matrix), inventory position (not yet in DuckDB).
