We would love to see Shopify-specific MER and Net MER added as dedicated metric cards.

2. Net revenue after ad spend β€” by channel

It would be really helpful to see net revenue broken out by channel after subtracting each channel's ad spend.

3. Faire as a third revenue channel

We would love to see Faire added to the Sales by Channel section. ~$3k/week.

βœ… DONE Faire is now tagged as a separate channel in the database. We identified 1,626 Faire orders from 67 customers totaling $122,552 gross ($109,554 net) across Jan 2024–Mar 2026. That's ~$4,500/month, consistent with your ~$3K/week estimate. Faire now shows alongside Shopify and Amazon in the data layer.

4. Monthly projections vs actuals

This would be a game changer. We run our weekly team meeting off a projection vs actuals table.

What we need from you: the monthly projection targets for 2026 (Shopify, Amazon, Faire, Ad Spend, Net MER for each month). Can be a spreadsheet, Notion table, or the format you already use. Once we have those, the dashboard auto-fills the rest.

6. New Customer AOV

We would love to see New Customer AOV added as a dedicated metric card.

We would love to see LTV, LTV/CPA ratio, and Frequency added as a group.

8. New vs returning breakdown by channel

It would be really valuable to see how new vs returning customers are converting across Meta, Google, and Klaviyo.

9. NC-ROAS non-amazon minus retargeting

We would love a second NC-ROAS card that excludes Amazon and retargeting spend.
